[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] "Force rewrite titles" option borks Kimili Flash Embed

Just a heads up that the “Force rewrite titles” in Version 0.2.1 causes “Kimili Flash Embed Plugin” to show “KML_FLASHEMBED_PROCESS_SCRIPT_CALLS” in the header and the shortcode for [kml embed] not to be converted. It works if “wp_footer()” is removed.

Can be reproduced with only WordPress SEO Version 0.2.1 plugin active with the “force rewrite titles” option is checked and Kimili Flash Embeb plugin active.

Is not a major issue since I do not use the “force rewrite titles”, but wondering whats up.

Love the plugin otherwise so far.
