[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Fatal error and duplicate content

    when i create a portfolio page using page id’s i get the following error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mytheme_comment() (previously declared in /home/webfxcz/public_html/daniz/wp-content/themes/parallelus-mingle/comments.php:20) in /home/webfxcz/public_html/daniz/wp-content/themes/parallelus-mingle/comments.php on line 80

    does anyone have any ideas
