[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Error writing sitemap | WordPress.org

I am new to this so bare with me. I installed the Yoast WordPress SEO however it is not showing a site map. One site I installed it on shows a 404 error:

The site for the above error is: http://www.journeyscenter.com/sitemap_index.xml

I tried activating the default theme, creating my own xml file manually, deactivating other plug-ins. Not sure what else to do.

For some reason even though I didn’t do anything between then and now I get this error at the above site:

Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)http://www.journeyshealthcoaching.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/xml-sitemap-xsl.php
