[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Disqus Comment System Conflict

    I seem to have found a conflict with the SEO plugin and the Disqus comment system plugin. If the SEO plugin is disabled the comment system plugin will activate on my site. I also have other plugins like the W3 Total Cache plugin. On other sites with this combination it works but on one it seems to be these three conflicting in some way even though I have them all enabled on other sites. Maybe there is a configuration difference I need to have?
