[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] ALT tags not seen of highlighted images & special characters

    i’ve noticed that ALT tags of highlighted images is not seen by SEO
    although the ALT tag is filled – even with the search term
    brown button says so

    i assume this is a bug or something?

    a second issue is more complex
    when a blogpost has special characters like: S’Agaro
    the ‘ confuses SEO
    how to write the ‘ ??
    is that a –
    or a ” <- nothing
    or the ascii

    another “difficulty” on SEO are special characters

    characters as é è or ë are ‘not done’ in titles and URLS

    not in URLs is understandable
    but why SEO plugin can’t handle special characters – is not
