[resolved] [Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] WPP 2.3.1 image class is now wpp_fi, not wpp-thumbnail (3 posts)

Just updated WPP to 2.3.1 and noted that the class of the images in thumbnails is now class="wpp_fi" and not "wpp-thumbnail". In the style.css there is still img.wpp-thumbnail. You should update the style.css file too.

Greate the ajax loading for cached pages!!
A little less great the re-introducing of timthumb: I hate it not only for possible vulnerability, but also for server load (not of the plugin but for malicious bots that will continue submit stupid malware to it).

    Anyway, thanks

    Hi galerio,

I'm sorry about that. You're right, however I'm probably just going to add that class back again as I feel it'll be easier for everyone. Will reupload the plugin now, so please check back in an hour or two and download it again (will stay as version 2.3.1) to get the .wpp-thumbnail class back.

About Timthumb, I feel the same way. I don't like the idea of re-introducing it, however I found a couple of problems when trying to build a custom solution and since many people complained about me removing it I just decided to put it back again. This is something that I still don't like, so I'll probably give it another shot soon and hopefully get rid of Timthumb on future versions.

I think you are moving the right way so. Thanks for your plugin
