# [Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Popular Posts interrupts featured posts slideshow.

 * Hey everybody! My website is [http://www.centsmakingsense.com](http://www.centsmakingsense.com)
   and I have a featured posts slideshow on my front page. The issue is that when
   I activate this plugin it interrupts the coding for the slideshow because it 
   will not function correctly anymore. Can anybody help me solve this issue because
   I really love this plugin and want to use it asap.

 * Hmm…I am surprised, it never takes this long to receive a response on here. I
   suppose that nobody knows how to fix this issue. I am using the themepix colormagazine
   theme. I have asked in the boards and they say to update to the latest version
   of the theme, which I did, yet it still does the same thing…..

 * Hi there,
 * The plugin doesn’t add any Javascript to your theme (except when viewing a single
   post), so it should not be causing any interference with your slideshow.
 * Unfortunately, I can’t see what’s going on as you removed the widget from your
   sidebar.
