[Plugin: WordPress plugin – Google 1 Button] Display option missing : Manual

Hello,

Thanks for this plugin 🙂 !

But an option seems to be missing. Indeed, it would be great if we can add manually the google +1 button where we want.
I’ve noticed that a function “googleone_share_manual()” is already declared but we can’t select a “manual” option in the settings page.

Can someone add this useful option please :).
