# [Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Redirect loop on e-commerce site

 * Hi (and happy new year!)
 * I’m having some issues getting a page to display. Getting ye olde 310 error.
 * I’m using the Getshopped plugin for our e-commerce site, and I’m just trying 
   to secure the checkout page. I have installed the HTTPS plugin, checked the “
   exclusively” setting and forced SSL on that particular page.
 * When I go to that page (I have also tried this with brand-new pages, by the way),
   I get a too-many-redirects error. We have an SSL certificate (hosted on a proxy
   server, while the site itself resides in its own LAMP enviro).
 * We’re not running too many plugins (a jQuery slider, contact forms, Typekit, 
   SMTP setup, Google Analytics and the e-commerce framework).
 * Thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 * I just pushed out version 3.0 which may or may not fix the issues you were having.
   Please try updating and let me know if you need any help.
 * Sorry for the late response. I have not had time to support the plugin for a 
   while now. Since I just pushed out 3.0, I’ll be keeping an eye on the support
   forums to fix any bugs that arise.
