Support » Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL) » [Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] [Feature Request] Setting for password-protected posts

  • (using Version 3.1.2)

I’ve been using this plugin for a while now – and the rewrite is appreciated! I’m especially thankful for the filter to override https programatically. However, I noticed some behavior that it would be nice to have a setting for (or thoughts on how to override).

I need to load wp-login.php over http for non-force SSL pages. This seems contrary to what one would want with this setup, but for how the server is setup, whenever https is visited our server authentication system kicks in. People using a post password are not expected to have a login to view these pages, just a post password.

There is a catch – I want to enable ‘Force SSL Administration’.

    Thanks!

    John
