I know it has been some time, but I thought I would post. I haven't found a cover-all solution, but I did use Inspect Element to find that all plugins are using "http" for css and js linking to respective files. Unfortunately, I don't have an easy solution, but the problem is located in how your plugins are adding your <link> tags to the head.

Anyone find an easier solution to this issue?
