# [Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Can Not Login to Admin Area – The Fix

 * if you get locked out of the admin section and just keep getting the login screen
   here is what you can do to get in.
 * Look at your address bar, if it has the redirect at the end, like this,
 * [https://MySite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2FMySite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1](https://MySite.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2FMySite.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1)
 * simply remove everything after wp-login.php
    so it looks like this, [https://MySite.com/wp-login.php](https://MySite.com/wp-login.php)
 * Login again, if it adds the redirect back on, delete it and hit enter again &
   it should log you in.
 * [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-https/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-https/)
