[Plugin: WordPress Forms] Form Maker Plugin Won't Activate due to fatal error

    I tried to activate the “Form Maker” plugin but it says: “plugin could not be activated due to a fatal error”

    here is the error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare my_scripts_method() (previously declared in /home3/ecixxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/ecixxxxxx/functions.php:4) in /home3/ecixxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/form-maker/Form_Maker.php on line 39

    Any help would be much appreciated.
