First of all, many thanks to the author for such a simple and easy-to-use form plugin. I have just downloaded, installed and "designed" a form using the plugin this morning, and have 2 questions about it:

    (1) I enabled the visual editor to insert the form into my blog post, but the box that jumps out does not contain anything. Blank. Just a square box with white background. I'm using Chrome but I have tested with Firefox too, with similar results.

    (2) I have noticed that inserting a form into a blog post automatically closes the comments for that particular blog post. Is there a way to disable that? I'd like the form AND the comment form, can I?

Thanks in advance for any help that I could get from you guys :D

    1) I cant get where the error is. If the box is empty maybe the relative path in JS is broken. What version of WordPress you have? Have you uploaded plugin folder to some place other than /wp-content/plugins/ ?

    2) I can't see similarities between the comment form and the form itself unless that the know issue about forms in the same html page described in many websites as you can see googling here. I have to apologize for this inconvenient. a new version will fix it.

    (1) I am using WordPress 3.0.1. I uploaded and installed the plugin from the Plugins page. I did not download, extract and upload the files manually.

    (2) I'm looking forward to the new version :D

    Thanks, lightningspirit!
