[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Private Field gives error

    Hi, I have installed this plug-in (ver 1.6.37) last Sunday and is really great.
    I only have one question:
    After adding the Private Field – ID Number in the tab Extra Form, i get the following error when displaying this specific form in a page:
    “Access denied for user ‘wordpress’@’localhost’ to database ‘wordpress'”.
    Nothing else is displayed..
    When I remove this private field all works fine again.

    Looking at the MySQL DB fields, I see that there are for this form two index numbers of 0, of which one of them is for the ID Number. Can that be the cause of this problem? And if so, how van I solve this?
    Or is this a bug..?
    Normal text fields do not give a error, however, I can not find how to insert them in the Submission form or in the Form page.

    Anyone who can help?
