 * Hi there,
    I’ve installed the plugin, uploaded the files and created a form. 
   But the form doesn’t seem to be using any files in the wordpress-form-manager

 * I took a look at the generated code on the page you linked to, it does load the
   userscripts.js file. What is going wrong with the form?

 * Sorry it’s working now! I forgot to include wp_head and wp_footer.
