 * Does anyone know of a way to hide unused fields on the Summary page when printing
out the results of the entry?

 * Thats something I’m adding to the plugin. You could make a [custom summary template](http://www.campbellhoffman.com/question/customize-the-e-mail-notifications/),
and add a test to see if the value is blank.

 * So if one does not understand how one is to do what you recomend doing a custom
summary template or how to code one is out of luck till you add something to
   the plugin?

 * Any new updated news on this feature request? Also…I noticed that after about
10 or so entries…the list page doesn’t show the entries anymore…screen is blank.

 * In 1.6.30 there is an option for this. Go to the form editor, ‘Advanced’ tab,
then check the box under ‘Summary Fields’.
