# [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Getting the Excerpt from Published Submitted data

 * Hi All,
 * I have tried my utmost to get an excerpt to appear on my Published Submitted 
   Data.
 * But i have had no success.
 * Currently the Excerpt just collects all the data on the article. I would like
   to have a hidden field that I can use shortcode to be displayed.
 * Our Excerpt is used as a meta tag and as a description for users.
 * Any help will be appreciated.

 * Your best bet would be to make a custom summary template, and use that to publish
   the post.

 * I have tried the Custom summary but for some reason i still cant call a hidden
   text as except.
