This is important because it is a much simpler problem if they still work. Second, what version of the plugin are you using, and third, who is your host? * About the mail, I use gmail and they come through just fine. As far as the version goes, I just did the automatic update, and it reads that it is 1.4.14. My host is “A Small Orange”. * So for the email, when I enter the email address on the right sidebar that i want it to go to and click on “Save Form” the email address disappears and that field is now blank. The plugin is impartial as to where you choose to send e-mails, so the fact that it is refusing just “@gmail.com” is bizarre. As far as the CSV files, make sure your popup blocker is disabled, and check your downloads folder to make sure they aren’t quickly downloading and disappearing. I currently use Internet Explorer though and it is not working in that browser for some reason. * I would be fine with it in Firefox, but since I am creating the site for another non-profit group and I know that when they attempt to do it, they will likely be using Internet Explorer and aren’t well-versed in web stuff. Any thoughts on getting it to work in IE? (I checked the pop-up blocker and download files too) * However, the email IS working…it was in my spam, i didn’t see it at first. I’ll see what I can do about IE. I’m tempted to just blame the problem on Microsoft, but I’m sure it will be a simple fix. Also I fixed the summary problem, it will be in the next update.
