# [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Display Based on Search

 * I have a form that collects “year” as one of the fields and I want to categorize
   and only show the “year” once so it looks something like this but I can’t seem
   to find a way to make that happen with Form Manager.

    - this is something 3
    - this is something 4
    - this is something 5
 * **2010**
    - this is something 6
    - this is something 7
    - this is something 8
    - this is something 9
    - this is something 10
