 * The menu at the top of the form builder is disappearing making it impossible 
   to add anything to the forms or build new ones. Anyone else having this difficulty?

 * ok, more information:
 * I have tried 3 different viewers: IE, Mozilla and chrome.
 * In editing or creating a Form, the “Adding a form element” disappears. I am unable
   to do anything with this and I need this form plugin It’s great but now seems
   to not be workign at all. Please HELP!

 * It is a conflict with the plugin “Email Users” If someone has a work around, 
   or can at give me a recommendation of another way to go, It would be greatly 
   appreciated.
