# [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] crashed my website

 * I installed your plugin and now I cant get into my dashboard and my website is
   showing this error:
    Form manager requires MySQL version 5.0.3 or higher
 * I was unaware my hosting was out of date with that stuff but the plugin certainly
   shouldnt have crashed my site and not allow me back in wordpress to delete the
   plugin.
 * PLEASE HELP…I cant get in the dashboard and my site is not working and only showing
   that error.
