# [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] 404 Error on submission

 * Hi, I’m using the Form Manager plugin to allow users to up-load an application
   form. When I submit the form, the information is stored in the database but a
   404 error is shown – do you know what I have missed? (I’ve tried it with and 
   without an auto redirect)
 * I’m new to wordpress and PHP and so any help is much appreciated 🙂

   have to excuse me entering dummy data.
