   be wrapping up fine points in the plugin as we get feedback from users.

 * Would it be possible to create a form, fill in the fields and then display the
   results on the site somehow?

 * Where would you like to display them? As some sort of confirmation type feature?
   Let me know and I’ll come up with a solution while I’m updating the plugin today.

 * Would it be possible to allow users to upload a photograph that could be emailed
   to us (or stored in the DB) along with their details?

 * How about an option to save form data to the database rather then just send it
   via email? This way form could be used for polling, collecting demographics, 
   gradebooks, etc… .
