  • For others searching for this answer: yes, marketpress (costs money) and marketpress lite (free) — which are also known as the “ecommerce plugin” on wpmudev.org — does allow for the plugin to be used as only a catalog (minus the cart portion). To make that change, a single box is checked (switching Yes and No options), when installing/configuring your plugin.

Hi I am hoping that someone can help me with these questions as I’m really stumped.
I’m a new Photographer.I need to know how to put grids with size, pricing and postage costs into my site so that when they click on an image this info comes up.Thanks to anyone who can answer this question. Cheers

I haven’t added the shop yet to my site, however, I have MarketPress Lite. I’m trying to find out how to use it so please bear with me ta.

Hi there, you would have to add this to the product record itself.
You could add a full description as normal and then use an excerpt to display that info. Other than that it would need custom coding in the current version.

    Cheers

    Tom

Hi Tom, thanks for getting back to me with the information. I’ll give it a go and see what happens.

    Cheers
