[Plugin: WordPress Download Manager] Can I Use Download Manager to Link to a Github-hosted zip file?

I’d like to serve a github zipball as a download, so that it is always up to date. Can I use download manager to keep track of the number of times it is downloaded?

for example, I’d like to be able to add a download package that is a link to :
https://github.com/helgatheviking/WP-Alchemy-Holy-Grail-Theme/zipball/master
