    WP 2.8.5 bbPress
   1.0.2
 * I tried every possible re-installation, re-activation, etc

 * I am having this issue too. It says both URLs are right, they just don’t connect
   for some reason.
 * It seems that the author of this plugin no longer offers support for this for
   free.
