Its a permission issue all right. If you can install plugins via the WP install mechanism you should be able to install extensions no worries.

    Not working I’m afraid.

I’ve installed the plugin without issue via the WP install mechanism, but the extension fails.

What path does the extension need write access to? If you can provide that I can check permissions.

    Thanks. :o)

I believe it uses wp-content as a temporary location before moving it to the Extensions dir.

    I will investigate.

Ok thank you. Appreciate your help.

I have managed to fix the “Could not create directory” issue and have pushed the change to the WordPress plugin dir.

Please re install the plugin to get the fix.
