Hello,

I have purchased the ZIP-Archive extension.
But at installing I got this error:

There was an error installing your premium extension – Inkompatibles Archiv

I allready reinstall this plugin but it don´t work.

Thank for help!

Gday Mate,

Does WordPress have write access to the Extensions directory inside wpb2d backup directory.

Hi,

yes the Extensions directory has write access (777).
But I still can not install the extenstion
