    Settings is located under the WPB2D menu.

    @ sparkyhub – There a very small number of users that are experiencing the same problem and I really want to get to the bottom of it.

    What version of PHP and WordPress do you use?
    What other plugins do you have installed?

    Wow that is a lot of plugins! Any one of them could be conflicting with Backup to Dropbox.

    Are you logged in as an admin user, if not can you edit plugins or themes?

    Make sure that DISALLOW_FILE_EDITS or DISALLOW_FILE_MODS is not set to true somewhere, either in wp-config.php or a plugin.

    I have also lowered the permission level in version 1.1, so if you can install the plugin you should be able to see the menu!
