# [Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] Forbidden!

 * I have two sites happily backing up to Dropbox. Thanks!
 * On number three, I’m getting this error:
 * Exception – Forbidden. This could mean a bad OAuth request, or a file or folder
   already existing at the target location.
 * I thought it was because I was using an account on Dropbox that already has one
   WordPress backup, but I’ve changed the folder name and it starts a folder in 
   Dropbox. The error comes less than 30 sec after the backup starts. Any ideas?

 * There are a few things that can cause this, one of which is Dropbox getting confused
   about where to place the file to be uploaded.
 * In the past this has been caused by file names with non ASCII characters or spaces
   however I have made changes to resolve this issue.
 * Do you have any files with odd characters?
