I have installed and activated WATS. It’s the only active plugin at the moment. The ONLY option I have is to add a new ticket. That’s all. I’m logged in as admin and it shows a back end create new ticket option. All of my dashboard menus disappear. I cannot force going to /wp-admin, it only cycles back to add new ticket. I can add categories within the ticket. I cannot upload media.

I need the ticket system to be fully manageable by admin as well as some employees, be able to assign tickets to certain employees and clients as required and also to have full access to my admin dashboard.

I can’t see that this is a problem between the paid and free versions as the free version completely disables all other functions.

If we can get the free version working, we will be buying the paid for the sake of email parsing.

I need to manage some cases as internal tickets/projects and some as client/external cases/projects.

It looks like, according to the features list, this is the plugin for me but something is drastically wrong.

    Any thoughts?

Yes, it is pretty simple… You have set the shared guest user feature to your admin account…

This feature is made to have a shared account that will be there only to create tickets. If you set it to your admin account, then you can’t do anything else with this account.

To workaround this, get into php my admin and remove the WATS entry from wp_options table.
