[Resolved] [Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] Email reply error
as a user When i create a ticket via email i will got reply message from site admin when they publish my ticket AND as admin I commented on particular ticket user will get ticket comment mail form site admin. this is very fine.
my problem is when user send commented reply message from they email with respect to ticket commented email, i need post that reply as comment not as a new ticket, please provide your solution.
