I have the Premium version, and i am haveing some problem on a specific issue:
When i log in with my “admin” acount, i can see the “Tickets” option on the laft pane (at the WP beckend system) and i have the Add Ticket option, and ofcourse see al tickets.
When i log in as an “editor” account, i do see “Tickets, but no “Add ticket” option, nor seeing any open tickets.
I need this “Add ticket” optiong at the beckend, i dont with my editors to add tickets at the frontend.
So, how can an editor user add a new ticket and see the open ones at the backend?
