  • In the admin, you can attach files to tickets if required with the current release. Through the frontend submission form, this isn’t feasible in the current release. If you need this, feel free to contact me, I could study this and make an offer to you…

    In fact, users could upload files through updates with the following plugin in the frontend :

    My immediate concern about a plugin that allows file attachments is of course security. I do see that the plugin has evolved a bit to selectively allow file types and can require that only registered users can upload. These are good signs.

    It is, however, a plugin that merits a security audit…. Hope to look at it soon.
