[Plugin: WordPress Access Control] Plugin doesn't block my wordpress index main page?!

  • This has been annoying me for quite some time now. No matter what “members only” plugin I use it never blocks access to the main index page of my blog. It only prompts for a password when you try to visit one of the category, archive, or single post pages of my blog when you’re logged out. Non-members can still view the main index page of my blog and no matter what I do I can’t get it to block it to members only.

I tried several different themes and I tried several different plugins and they all claim to completely block access but for me they don’t.

    Can someone help?
