  • Hey Marcomail,

    Could you be more precise?

I know that in some cases, when you submit your string to Ping.fm, which then submits it to your social networks, if the string is incompatible, the social network might ignore it. For example, if your string is longer than 140 characters, Twitter will simply truncate it, add some … and post the beginning of it. However, some social networks will simply ignore it.

However if you can give me more information? Maybe what network didn’t work? And what was the string?\

    Thank you!

    Hey jacodbanderic!

First of all, thanks for the plugin releasing this plugin to the public.

On the plugin page it says that it is compatible with 2.8. I’m using WordPress 2.8.4 and it doesn’t seem to work. Any plans on updating in the near future? Thanks again for the awesome plugin!

    Hi Parisvega,

The plugin unfortunately does not work with PHP4 :/

It does work with WordPress 2.8.4 though.

hi Jacob, first, love the plugin backend, thanks!! however, it’s not updating ping.fm for me. i tried reinstalling, different domains/installations, reset ping key, etc. Is the ping API still functional?
