[Resolved] [Plugin: Wordbooker] Let all users post to facebook

  • Hi Steve (or anybody else),

    Front my front-page, people can make blogposts. Now when the user ‘admin’ makes them, it send it to facebook (Great!), when anybody else adds a post, nothing happens.

    My general posting options:
    Default publish posts to FB: ON
    Unless changed, posts will be published on the FB of: admin
    Publish posts by non wordbooker users: ON
    Allow non wordbooker users to chose to publish: OFF

    Hope it’s clear and you can help me 🙂 Thanks!

    @steveatty

    Are the user level options for the admin user set so that posts and pages don’t get auto published.

    The settings you’ve got should work.

    Yeah, I tried both ‘Same as blog’ and ‘Yes’ on the user level settings.

    Also I reset system/blog defaults, reset user session and authorized again, still the same problem.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    I’d need to see a trace from a failed post.

    Also could you try the 2.15 beta:

    wordbooker.tty.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/debugs/wordbooker215.zip

    2.15 beta fixed it, with the same settings! Thanks!

    Glad it fixed it…… there will be a formal 2.15 release this wekeend but it will be based on the code you’ve got so it will be safe to upgrade.
