 * What is the normal duration for the ‘Status’ widget to be updated with the latest
   Facebook status. On my installation it seems to be in excess 24 hours and today
   I had to manually update it through the admin area. I dont see a setting for 
   it anywhere!

 * Its once per hour – its part of the cache refresh process, so you should see,
   if you turn up the diagnostic level, that its running. Its run via wp-cron which
   fires when a front end page is rendered.
