Hello WietzeKleisterlee
can you plz share your site url so check what is the problem
Thanks
Hi Mukesh,
The site is still in development so there’s a password on it (so customers can’t order anything yet), the password is: qwerty12
http://www.proefhetwestelijkhandelsterrein.nl/winkel/ <– is the link to the step process.
(there’s no way of navigating to the cart yet from that page, however the cart-link = https://www.proefhetwestelijkhandelsterrein.nl/cart/)
Kind Regards,
Wietze
it’s jquery problem so you need to check with input class in jquery
Got the solution simply add “button” class in input like this
<input type="number" value="1" class="thumbnail-quantity quantity button" name="thumbnail-quantity" step="1" min="1">
simply add button class and check it out
I saw that previously as well, which is really strange because they are already in that map And somehow it IS applying the css and jQuery from those files because if the css or steps.js weren’t being applied it would not work on the site. So I don’t really understand why it’s giving the errors in the console.
Yeah I think it’s also conflicting jQuery between jquery steps & the thumbnail plugin, however I am not very ‘advanced’ in that sort of stuff and do not know quite how to fix it.
Just saw your previous post, thank you I’ll try it out.
Hi Mukesh,
I have added the button class but I don’t notice any difference.
I can still only add 1 quantity of the product into my cart.
jQuery(document).ready( function($) {
$(".thumbnail-quantity ").bind('mouseleave',function() {
// Get values from input box
var new_qty = $(this).val();
var step = $(this).attr( 'step' );
var max = $(this).attr( 'max' );
var min = $(this).attr( 'min' );
// Adjust default values if values are blank
if ( min == '' )
min = 1;
if ( step == '' )
step = 1;
// Calculate remainder
var rem = ( new_qty - min ) % step;
// Max Value Validation
if ( +new_qty > +max && max != '' ) {
new_qty = max;
// Min Value Validation
} else if ( +new_qty < +min && min != '' ) {
new_qty = min;
// Step Value Value Validation
} else if ( rem != 0 && !isNaN( rem ) ) {
new_qty = +new_qty + (+step - +rem);
console.log( rem );
}
$(this).val( new_qty );
$(this).siblings( ".button" ).attr( "data-quantity", new_qty );
});
});
This code is not working in your system so you need to find out where is the problem and for that if you nees help then told me
Thanks
Hi Mukesh,
I have been looking around in there but I don’t understand why it’s not working in combination with jQuery steps (http://www.jquery-steps.com). Like I said, I’m only starting out in this stuff and jQuery is not my strong suit.
Thanks for your help so far though, I really appreciate it.
Kind Regards,
yes if you are use normally then it work perfect but it create problem because of you added jQuery steps (http://www.jquery-steps.com) so accourding to that you need to change jquery so it work perfect.
Thanks
