WooCommerce + Mijireh
[resolved] Problem using Discover Card with Mijireh and Woocommerce (3 posts)

    I submitted this to Mijireh support 6 days ago with no response there or to my emails so I'm trying here: I have a customer who submitted an order using a Discover Card and it returned this error: "Discover Cards are not accepted for this order".

    My shopping cart is new but I have processed a successful transaction with a MasterCard. My gateway is stripe and I'm using Woocommerce shopping cart. I don't see anything on the shopping cart, Mijireh or stripe that would indicate a problem with Discover Cards.

    The customer never received the confirmation page that the order was successfully completed, but a couple of hours later it did show up as a "pending order" on my end (and is still in pending status). Prior to this we tried resubmitting the order several times with the same result. The customer placed an order on another site after this so there is not a problem with the credit card. This order does not appear under Orders in my Mijireh store.

    You should see a "Gateways" link under "Settings" in the top right corner of your Mijireh account. If you go to the Gateways page you will be able to select all the different credit card type you want to accept. Click on the Discover card icon to enable it and you should be good to go.
