[Resolved] [Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Woocommerce: Help Placing an Order

  • Hello everyone! I have having an issue placing an order using WooCommerce.

    Here is the website: http://www.everbloomflowershop.com/

*It is worth noting that some of the links are currently broken, I am working on correcting them in the woocommerce code. So right now, I am relying on the top navigation.

On the checkout page where it displays the order, under shipping it says:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

If I ignore this and click on the “Place Order” button anyway, I get two error messages:

    -invalid shipping method
    -invalid payment method

The latter confuses me because Woocommerce did not show payment methods until the error message appeared. I have Authorize.net DPM, a Woocommerce Plugin, installed. Once the payment methods are visible, if I click on “credit card payment,” and continue to try and place the order, I am taken back to the:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

I have “Local Delivery” as my primary shipping method for Woocommerce, and products can only be shipped to the United States- California, at the zip codes I have defined.

If there is any additional information you need to know, please inform me! Thank you for your time.

You need to modify the plugin setting a bit to make it work properly. mail me @jitenoswal1@gmail.com I will help you.

The message you speak of will display if your address doesn’t match any shipping methods. Enable more to avoid it.

I’m having this same problem – everything was working and now it’s not.

I have the Canada Post shipping plugin enabled, flat rate, free local delivery, and free pickup.

The form only shows the flat rate and local pickup.

I’ve got all countries enabled. Not sure what’s happening? Help please?

Also – the flat rate that shows doesn’t adjust the amount of the cart upon ‘Update Cart’.

It just defaults back to Local Pickup.

Anyone solved this yet? I need to open my shop soon and I am getting this message… I am using the USPS pluging

    I solved my issue.

The store was selling blankets and a friend put the blanket’s dimensions of 41″ x 41″ x 1″.

As soon as I put zero in the product’s dimension, it worked. Seemed like Canada Post doesn’t do boxes 41 inches long bahahahaha.

Try putting zero’s or a smaller dimension set in a product and try again

What if you don’t use dimensions at all?

I have this issue too. Oddly enough, the shipping and tax calculations work perfect in Chrome browser but NOT in Safari. It just gives me the “Sorry” message in Safari.

    Help!

hello everyone, please make sure you have PayPal sandbox disable. go to woocommerce setting then select payment gateways then select in the breadcrumb menu paypal then scroll to the bottom and unchecked Enable PayPal sandbox check box. save then refresh your website page. please let me know if that solved your issue

I was so hopeful, but this didnt work for me either.
Can anyone help?? I really want to launch soon and tried everything above. Still getting the no delivery options for your state although I have canad and us as selected countires…

I am using the Purolator extension for shipping and I too am getting this message:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (Canada). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.”

Tried disabling the Paypal sandbox, all countries are enabled. I need a solution to this fast. Any help greatly appreciated!!

    Thank you

I’ve tried everything to make this FEDEX plugin work and can’t get the shipping to work. I’ve made custom box sizes and my clothing all set at .5 lbs. I even tried giving them dimensions, but nothing is working. Now I’m getting this error:
Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (United States).
We just want it to calculate shipping via weight and zip codes, but can’t get it to do anything at all.
I’ve contacted FEDEX, Woocommerce and Paypal with no help whatsoever.

Same issue here, webscapes. Any progress yet?

Any resolution to this issue? I am attempting to launch my eCommerce site, but this “Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (Canada). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us” issue is delaying going live.

I have tried both the Canada Post plugin and Flat Rate options separately and I still get the same error (so it’s likely not a Canada Post API issue). I’ve got both Canada and US chosen as shipping locations as well. Very, very strange (and frustrating…)

Is there a cache that needs to be flushed somewhere?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
