  • Hi,
    Great Plugin!

although I am having issues with the visibility of the shop page on my test site.
I can’t seem to get the page/products to display without being logged in.
once I am logged in, everything works as expected.

When I am not logged in and I click on the shop page, i get redirected to the wordpress log in page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hmmm, are your pages set to private? Go to your page listing and check.

    Yep checked that…
all set to public…still can’t see them.

In your WooCommerce settings, make sure that the Enable Guest Checkout option is checked.

    Yep that is checked….

Perhaps check with any plugins you may have that is conflicting with this?

I have the following that i can think might be an issue

Pages by User Role for WordPress
    Sidebar Login
    Theme My Profile

Does anyone know if there are any know issues with these?

    Emmm “Pages by user role”?

Go through your WooCommerce settings making sure that any option blocking guests from checking out is off.

@munny1 – OP is stating “shop page”, not “checkout page”…

My mistake. I wonder why it would do that. @rich can you deactivate all your plugins and reactivate them one by one to see what is causing the issue?

    Hej RichLondon

looks like you achieved by an error what I am trying to do!
I am trying to make the shop page and all products accessible only to registered users, but so far, I havent got the solution.

Did you figure out what was causing your problem in the end?

How can I copy what you have done?

I went about it a different way, as the requirements for the project changed.
We wanted the products to not actually have prices against them, but instead display links so that users could click and email someone to show interest in a product.
I emailed the support guys and they came back with the use of two plugins to do this.

The first link for the catalog visibility is probably what you are after reailia.

    hope this helps.
