[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Shiping methods

I hope to do some things,when user add some products in cart and press button view cart,it’s displayed quantity,name products and bottom method of shipping who is press at default in admin panel

Where is point with shipping i want to set one select with 2 option, then user can choose 2 methods of shippings: Standart and Fast(premium). Please help me, Thanks.
