[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Order enquiry

I want to use Woocommerce for my girlfriends new webshop. She makes cupcakes and nowadays every order goes via email. I want to create a small webshop to automate things.

The problem is that every order needs to be looked at. The combination of pieces and delivery date is everytime unique. So I’m looking for an extension that will handle the order as an enquiry. So my girlfriend will receive the order, checks het agenda, and then accept of declines the order. In case of acceptance the order will continue to the payment process (for which I can use the Mollie/iDeal extension).

Is there any way to configure Woocommerce this way? If not, is it possible to get this thing developed?
