[resolved] Did Woocommerce (products) always have pretty permalinks (3 posts)

About three weeks to a month ago, when I first tested Woocommerce, I remembered/noticed that Woocommerce product urls used WordPress default urls - the so called "ugly" links with ? and numbers.

The "ugly" links to me were A-okay, especially since I wanted my links to be as short as possible.

This week, I updated my test site, but now the product links are "pretty", urls are based on the product name which made the links longer.

I can't figure out a way to go back to the "ugly" short url format, and now I'm having doubts on whether Woocommerce even had "ugly" product links. Maybe I had imagined those about a month ago.

So, can Woocommerce products have ugly links?

WooCommerce product urls use whatever setting you have in Settings > Permalinks - they are a custom post type afterall.

Something must be wrong with my install then. :(
