Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » [Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Checkout page only showing billing and shipping addres

  • Resolved yupimrich

    I’ve got the newest version of both wordpress and WooCommerce running on MAMP.
    I’ve installed WooCommerce, having to manually add a few pages and linking them in the WooCommerce admin area to their respective pages.

    Upon adding items to my cart, when I go to the checkout page, all I can see is my billing address and shipping address. That’s it. There is no way to go further into the transaction process after entering my billing address.

    Any ideas on what could be creating this problem?

  • I get the same… I can go no further than the address page.

    Any ideas?

    Check for javascript errors – its usually caused by the ajax request being blocked (if the site and home urls differ for example).

    I get two errors and then the third passes

    outputs these divs that I still can’t see on my website

    <div id=”order_review”>

    <table class=”shop_table”>

    I’m still stuck here.
    I’m getting a 200 0k status, but the html is not displaying.

    I’ve tried deactivating other plugins to see if there was some issue there, but the problem persists.

    I really like what I see in WooCommerce so I don’t want to ditch the plugin. I’d really like to get this to work.

    Any Ideas guys?

    Hi Guys,
    I’m solved it.
    The woocommerce.min.js is broken. Rename it to other filename.
    Find woocommerce.js and rename it to: woocommerce.min.js and problem solved!

    Best regards.

    Hey that fixed it for me!
    Thanks fchazo

    I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I couldn’t get past this page.
    Thanks so much @fchazo

    Stupid woocommerce site has a rubbish support service.

    I tryed above, but i does not work for me.

    Fix for mee too!
    Thanks fchazo

    I was SO happy last month when @fchazo posted a workaround. I saw my order form table appear on the checkout page again and thought it was fixed. But, today I realized it didn’t adjust sales tax in the table if you just change file names on the server. So, after more hair pulling time I went back and downloaded woocommerce 1.5, copied just the old woocommerce.min.js file to my assets folder and viola, checkout is finally back to normal for me. Thank you so much, @fchazo, I was nuts over this. Glad to finally have it working.
