[resolved] Cancellation and Refund option does not send emails to u (3 posts)

    When i change the order status to cancel or refunded a mail is not sent to the customer informing about the cancellation or refund.
    Is there a way by which this can be achieved?

    There are no mails for refunds/cancellations because its a manual process. You need to handle the refund (money wise) yourself.
