    Hello guys,

Just curious, I've used WooCommerce (older version) before on WP 3.2 and did build my own theme by duplicating the Template directory from the wp-plugins folder to my WP theme folder. This way i could get theme support and customize my Woo Shop without overwriting the template files when WooCommerce updates.

But this time, i went to the WooCommerce website and can't find anything about this them support function.
    Does it still work ???

Cause, i see much different template files inside the template directory on WooCommerce 1.4.1.

    Anybody who knows about this?

it does still work, but the template structure has been expanded upon - thats why we a) encourage the hooks instead and b) recommend you only put files across which your going to change.

    Thanks for your time helping..

Only problem i had last time, it was difficult to change the order of the (single) product page.

Lets say the default layout in HTML of the product page was as following,

    - Title
    - description (content)
    - price
    - add to cart
    - and all others

And lets say i would like to change that order of listing on the page i couldn't really get into it. Because the only code i found inside the single product.php template was something that looked like this:

    <?php woocommerce_single_product_content(); ?>

That was a tiny bit 'frustrated' for me cause i don't know much about PHP and most of all WordPress themes have HTML and PHP together inside the template files. This way it's easier to move things around on screen.

It probably has everything to do with Hooks and Filters but that's where my knowledge ends. Is there a website where i can learn everything about Hooks and Filters on a easy way?

    Thanks,
    BJ

    This article perhaps? http://wpcandy.com/teaches/how-to-use-wordpress-hooks

Take a look at our docs too, particularly the snippets section for examples.
