[Plugin: WooCommerce] Class 'WC_Shipping_International_Delivery' not found. Why?

    I am doing a tutorial on WooCommerce and I am using the Twenty Fourteen as a child theme. I am using Instant WordPress (portable WordPress) if this matters. When I try to open the cart this is the message that I get:

    Fatal error: Class 'WC_Shipping_International_Delivery' not found in C:\Users\irivanova\Desktop\My Freespace\Web design\Tutorials\Wordpress\WooCommerce tutorial\InstantWP_4.4.2 (WooCommerce)\iwpserver\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\includes\class-wc-shipping.php on line 143

    Do you know why this could be happening?
